Annual General Meeting Notice

This letter to you is a ‘heads up’ that the Board has scheduled the AGM for April 24, 2024 at 7 PM in the O'Keefe dining hall.
If you haven’t already renewed your membership, memberships can be purchased by e-transferring $20 to [email protected] or by mailing a cheque to: Box 955, Vernon BC, V1T 6M8 (please include a memo stating the money is for membership purposes).
We can always use volunteers at the Ranch! https://okeeferanch.ca/about-u... has lots of information for you if you can spare some time.
At the AGM we will present our financial Review Engagement for 2023. It also marks the end of terms for some Directors, and we anticipate that there will be vacancies on the Board. Persons must be members of the Society for 60 days prior to the AGM to be eligible to hold the position of Director. If you are interested in a Board position, please contact Bruce Cummings at [email protected].
We remain optimistic for 2024 with lots of changes coming to the Ranch.
Your membership is a valuable part of the O'Keefe Ranch. It grants you voting rights at the AGM, it makes you eligible for becoming a Director on the Board, it improves our chances of receiving grants, and it says that you care about us and what we are accomplishing! If you aren't already a member, please consider joining!
