O'Keefe Ranch Education Programs are offered in May, June, September, and we are currently accepting bookings for the 2025 school year. We also offer summer programs for day cares and day camps.

The Historic O'Keefe Ranch is a unique site to educate and entertain all learning levels. The program offers immersive learning opportunities for elementary students, and annually attracts schools from throughout the valley. All groups can book 3 guided and 1 self-guided program to fill their day. Our program is tailored to each grade and has flexibility to include special requests.
We are also able to offer field trip options for groups outside of regular school programming such as daycares, camps, etc.
Teacher Information
Pre-visitation materials are distributed to teachers electronically, prior to their visit. Students are divided into groups so that they can best experience the different learning stations.
Field Trips at O'Keefe Ranch are $8 per student and per parent volunteer (total $8.40 with GST). Teachers, educational assistants, and bus drivers are free, with two free adults per 15 children; minimum group size of 15.
Tours with groups up to 60 kids generally take about 2 1/2 hours in total, and if they are in 4 groups (between 12 & 15 kids in each group), they do 4 stations (30 min each) and have half an hour for lunch. (Longer visits are possible, please contact us)
Cancellations are subject to a 50% charge if cancelled within 14 days of the date.
