Dates & Hours of Operation

Our Slice Of History

The O'Keefe Ranch welcomes you to our extensive exhibition be it rain, snow, or shine! No matter the season, there's always a reason to learn something new and have fun too!

Access inside the buildings is not possible outside of the regular season, however information about each building can be found at the building itself and online. If you're not able to make it out, be sure to check out the virtual tours for a peek inside many of the buildings.

As a living museum, our menagerie of animals make their home here year-round, and are always happy to have some company!

Want to bring your own companion along for the adventure? Lucky for you both, our grounds are pet-friendly! For the safety of our animals and staff, we ask that you ensure they are cleaned up after and lassoed at all times. Our critters live here and enjoy the freedom to roam, so be aware that your pet may be approached by one of our animals - chicken, goat, dog or otherwise!

If you would like to walk the grounds outside of our operating times, please do so. We have several donation boxes located on-site, and duly appreciate your patronage.

Year Round

The O’Keefe Ranch grounds are open from sunrise to sunset everyday. Although buildings and staff are not available during this time, you are welcome to visit the resident animals and peek inside the building windows. The Ranch is a safe spot to bring your own pet for a walk, we just ask that you keep your pet on a leash and please pick up after them. Donation boxes are located around the property if you would like to help us maintain this park space or we encourage you to purchase a seasons pass.
